Yoga Nidra Practices
The Nidra are all recorded live in different settings. If you haven’t practised Yoga Nidra before you may find it helpful to listen to the recording beforehand. Then you need to make sure that you are in a place were you will not be disturbed, preferably lying on your back, or on your side if this is uncomfortable. You can place support under your knees and you head and shoulders to make yourself more comfortable. Cover yourself with a blanket, your body temperature will drop during the practice and it can increase your feeling of safety.
